Available Santa Sessions:

• Thursday 30th October (Half Term)

• Saturday 8th November

Important Notes for Families:

• For families with children aged baby to 3 years: Please be prepared to join your little ones in the photos. Santa can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for young children, so having parents close by will make them feel more at ease.

• For families with older children: We recommend you come dressed and ready for photos as well! These are memories you’ll cherish forever, so let’s make sure everyone’s included in the fun.

Backdrop: Imagine a cozy, festive fireside room—it’s beautifully set up for a magical holiday photoshoot.

Session Details:

• Limited to 3 siblings per session

• Sessions are for one household only. If you’d like to include cousins or friends, you will need to book consecutive sessions. This allows us to capture photos of each family separately, as well as together in between the sessions. Let me know if you’d like to arrange this in advance.

Terms & Conditions

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we can work with you to reschedule for another date, though please note that it may not be with Santa.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re late, the time will be deducted from your session, and we cannot extend the allotted time or offer compensation.

• Cooperation: Shutter & Co Photography is not responsible if the children or adults do not cooperate during the session. We’ll do our best to capture beautiful moments, but we can’t guarantee specific images.

ARTISTIC RIGHTS:
By booking, you agree that Shutter & Co Photography retains the right to select and edit images in line with our style. We’ll present you with the best photos, and any additional editing requests will be charged at £20 per image. RAW files will not be released.

CLIENT USAGE:
Your photos will be available to view in the studio 7-10 days after the shoot and will be ready for download within 4 weeks. By confirming your session, you accept these terms and conditions.
