If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Shutter & Co. Photography’s dealings with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.’s

Shutter & Co. Photography may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Shutter & Co. Photography site.

The term Shutter & Co. or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at 10 market Place, Brewood, Staffordshire ST19 9BS, UK. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  2. The information provided and the opinions expressed in this website represent the views of the authors and contributors. They do not constitute legal advice and cannot be construed as offering comprehensive guidance to the Data Protection Act 1998 or other statutory measures.

  9. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel your access to the site at any time and without notice.

  12. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Voucher Conditions

  1. The Voucher must be used to attend your photo session within two months from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid or unless previously agreed with the studio.
  2. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described.
  3. The voucher may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.
  4. The voucher is not transferable.
  5. All appointments are subject to availability.
  6. Please call the studio on 01902 546940 or email us at shutterandco@hotmail.com to arrange a suitable appointment time and date.
  7. The voucher is valid only for a photoshoot as described in the description on that offer. This is at the discretion of the studio.
  8. The studio photoshoot is valued at £50.
  9. The complimentary mounted print image from your photoshoot will be a 7″ x 5″ and is worth £39.
  10. Only one voucher may be used per family per year.
  11. Dates and times available for your photoshoot may vary depending on the season, we undertake a lot of wedding photography during the summer months.
  12. In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of five days notice or the voucher will be forfeited and you will be required to purchase a new one.
  13. Shutter & Co. Photography photoshoots may involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
  14. You may not sell the voucher to any third parties or via the internet without firstly obtaining the express written consent of Shutter & Co. Photography. Consent may be subject to any conditions which the studio choose to impose.Shutter & Co. Photography reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of the voucher by you to a third party.
  15. The voucher is only redeemable with proof of purchase from an authorized representative of the studio
  16. If you require a printable voucher please email us at the time of purchase and we will arrange for this to be sent to you via email.
  17. You are not required to purchase any additional images from your shoot, but may do so at an extra cost if you wish.
  18. Due to space restrictions we cannot photograph more than 7 people in our studio at one time. For larger groups we may be able to offer a location shoot.
  19. Photographs take up to 8 weeks to make, they are a hand made product produced off site, please allow extra time for bespoke orders.
  20. You will be required to visit the studio 3 times to complete your experience, shoot, preview, collection.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering a prize draw on our website you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Shutter & Co. Photography LTD

Eligibility to enter

  • The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. (staff members are excluded from the draw).
  • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  • A maximum of one entry per household is permitted. New customers only
  • The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  • The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to the date of the competition launch. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  • To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to our mailing list via our website
  • We will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

  • The prize is as described in the competition post
  • Use of any other brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  • The winners will be drawn at random.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. It must be used by whom ever was on the entry form.
  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  • The decision of Shutter & Co. regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • A refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, this is a gesture of goodwill that you will attend any appointments made with the studio.

Winner announcement

  • The winner will be notified after the competition ends via the phone number or email provided during subscription.
  • Shutter & Co.  will attempt to contact the winner by email up to three times.
  • If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Shutter & Co. reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  • Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Shutter & Co. for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  • All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at www.shutterandco.com
  • The winner agrees to the release of their first name on our social media page with their image
  • An announcement of the winners first name, city and social media handle may be added to our social media.
  • All personal information shall be used in accordance with Shutter & Co. Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • Shutter & Co. does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. Shutter & Co. does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  • Shutter & Co. does not provide any form of support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

  • Shutter & Co. reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

 

 

**Shutter & Co. Prince & Princess Themed Photoshoot – Terms & Conditions**

By participating in the Prince & Princess themed photoshoot competition and/or prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. This competition is being run by **Shutter & Co. Photography LTD**.

### 1. **Eligibility**
– The competition is open to children under the age of 16. Parents/guardians must be over 18 years of age to enter on behalf of the child.
– The prize draw for the Snow White movie ticket is open to all eligible participants who are selected for the photoshoot, regardless of whether they participate in the vote for the movie ticket.
– Staff members of Shutter & Co. Photography LTD and their immediate families are excluded from entering the competition.
– Only one entry per child/household is allowed for the photoshoot.

### 2. **How to Enter**
– To enter the themed photoshoot, children must be selected by Shutter & Co. Photography LTD for a scheduled shoot. Entry to the shoot is free and will be offered to children as part of a special launch event, with the selected children having their photos taken for the theme.
– Participation in the competition for the **Snow White movie ticket** (vote-based contest) is optional. Children who are selected for the photoshoot may choose to participate in the voting contest but are not required to do so in order to take part in the photoshoot.
– If you are selected for the photoshoot, you will be informed via email or phone with details on scheduling. There is no need to submit additional entries to take part in the photoshoot itself.

### 3. **Voting Terms for the Snow White Movie Ticket**
– The voting competition will take place on March 21st, when images of participating children will be posted on Shutter & Co.’s social media.
– **Votes must come from genuine friends and family** of the participant. We do not accept votes purchased from paid-for vote sites or “vote for vote” schemes. These will result in disqualification.
– The image with the most votes at the end of the voting period will win a **family ticket to the brand new *Snow White* movie**.
– The value of the movie ticket prize is **up to £50**. If the ticket exceeds this value, the winner will be required to cover the difference. If the ticket price is lower than £50, no cash alternative will be offered for the difference.

### 4. **The Prize**
– **Prince & Princess Photoshoot**: The prize includes the themed photoshoot experience, use of costumes, props, and digital editing to create a fairytale gallery.
– Each photoshoot will include **one 7″ memento print** of the chosen image from the session.
– Additional prints and images may be purchased, but there is no obligation to do so.
– **Snow White Movie Ticket**: One family ticket to the brand new *Snow White* movie will be awarded to the child whose image receives the most votes. The maximum value of the movie ticket is £50. Any additional cost beyond this must be covered by the winner.
– **Prize for photoshoot participants**: The themed photoshoot experience itself, with one 7″ print included. Any additional prints or images can be purchased but are not required.
– The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The photoshoot prize must be redeemed within the timeframe provided by Shutter & Co.

### 5. **Deposit for Photoshoot**
– A **refundable deposit** will be required at the time of booking the photoshoot. This deposit will be refunded if the participant attends the photoshoot as scheduled.
– If you wish to purchase additional prints or images following the shoot, the deposit can be **deducted from the total cost** of any purchases.

### 6. **Winner Announcement and Notification**
– The winner of the **Snow White movie ticket** will be announced on social media after the voting has closed, based on the number of votes received.
– Shutter & Co. will attempt to contact the winner of the **movie ticket prize** by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
– **For photoshoot participants**: Winners of the photoshoot will be contacted by phone or email to schedule their session. If we do not receive a response within 14 days of contact, we reserve the right to select another participant.

### 7. **Data Protection and Publicity**
– By entering this competition, you consent to Shutter & Co. Photography LTD using your personal data for the purpose of managing the competition and photoshoot.
– Shutter & Co. may use the winner’s first name, city, and image on social media or promotional materials. If you do not wish to have your child’s image shared, please inform us at the time of booking.
– All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

### 8. **Limitation of Liability**
– Shutter & Co. is not liable for any loss, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the competition or prize draw. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to the photoshoot experience or the family movie ticket prize.
– Shutter & Co. is not responsible for any third-party products or services associated with the prize.
– Shutter & Co. does not accept responsibility for votes that do not reach us due to technical issues or errors.

### 9. **General Terms**
– Shutter & Co. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.
– These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
